Members can request a account so they can use the login on the side panel.
The login you may have had for the old site is not valid for the new one and you must re-apply for a log in.
You can Renew and make Payments using the options on the Member Admin menu,
without needing to set up an account.
To obtain a login please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or click this link for a template email. (not available for Hotmail, Gmail or other web based email users
You need to include
1. your member number
2. your name
3. your email (may be different from one used to send request but should match the one we have in the database)
4. your date of birth
5. If you are a member of Mensa in another country, let us know which one, so we can verify your membership.
Members from other Mensa chapters can speed up their approval for an Australian login by registering on the Mensa International site before applying.
You will receive an automatically generated email from email@example.com when your account has been set up.
This will contain your user name and password and a link to log in.
The first time you use this login, your profile page will be displayed. You can use this to enter your actual name and other details and change your password. The one we use to set up the account is quite weak so you should change this ASAP.
Normally an login is sent within 1 day and sometimes within hours. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 days please send a reminder.
