Members options on new site

All members should have received a log in to this site, via email on 12 Dec 2014. This will have given you your user name, which is generally your first name, then a full stop, then your last name.

If you did not get this email it is probably because your email address in our database is incorrect or we don't have one.

Please contact the office to advise us of your correct email in this case.

The first time you use the site you will need to reset your password. You do this via the link in the email. You then enter your first and last name and your email address, which should be the one used in the 12 Dec mail out. Instructions will be sent to that address.

After that, members should enter the user name and password in the top right of the screen to log in.

You can then access the Member Centre using the link that will appear below these fields.

If you have forgotten you password, use the Forgot password option. Instructions will be sent to your email.

In order to renew your membership :

  1. Log in as above
  2. Click on the Member Centre link
  3. Click on My membership in the left hand menu
  4. If you are with in your renewal period, there will be a choice of renewal options and a submit button.
  5. This will take you to the payment screens where you can pay with a credit card.

Note that you can not renew on-line more than 90 days before or after your renewal date.

Most of the member only options are in the Member Centre menu. However members also have access and registration options in the Event menu and access to resources in the Resources menu as well.
